[VIDEO VERSION] XXIX: Magic, Time, and the Iraq War 20 Years on with Ibrahim Al-Marashi
Ibrahim Al-Marshi is an Associate Professor of History at Cal State San Marcos focusing on modern Iraq. He holds a glizzling array of degrees from UCLA, Georgetown, and Oxford and was even once plagiarized by the British government. If you’re interested, google The Dodgy Dossier. He’s lived in Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Egypt, and Morocco, among other places, though we actually met in Prague. We sat down earlier this year to discuss the 20th anniversary of the Iraq War, magic, time, and academia.
